One week old kittens.

Last weekend, Lykke Li and Olympia gave birth to a litter each. The kittens are now 8 and 7 days old, and the oldest ones have started to get up their eyes. Both mother's have lost a kitten each, and that gives more food for the other. The kittens have got names too.

Two new litters

During the two last days of February 2015, we got two new litters. (N)Ororina's Louis fathered them both. (N)Ororina's Lykke Li gave birth to four kittens on the 27th, and Thamos Olympia got three kittens on the 28th.

Lykke Li - 5,5 month old

Lykke Li has grown a lots during the last weeks, and is now nearly as big as Snikende Tiger, which is 1 year old. Luckily for Chennai, there is still lots of kitten left in Tiger. 

She is very active, and are using the whole room as her play ground. Thread-shelves hanging from the ceiling are very popular, and she loves to run up and down these shelves. Here you can see her on the top of the shelve, and yes, there is a cat inside of the top-shelf. Most probably it's Tiger

Louis and Lykke Li

Last weekend, Louis moved to his new home. This is the last photo I took of him. Here he pose together with his playmate Lykke Li. I have made an agreement with Louis' new owner that I can use him in breeding for a litter or two before he is being neutered. He now lives in Oslo.

Euphoria and Lykke Li - 12 weeks old

My two august-girls are now 12 weeks old, and in few days, Euphoria is going to move to Sweden. This autumn has gone so quick, and it feels like she was just born. She has become a big girl, and developed nicely. In fact, I will say she is one of the best abys I've bred.

My dear Lykke Li has also a good head, but her fur is too cold for my liking. Anyway, I'll keep her in my cattery and hopefully, she'll give me some lovely new aby-babies. Because of her cold fur, you might not see her at any shows. We'll see.

Uncle Blue* babysits the youngsters

The youngsters are still growing for each day, and soon they are old enough to get their new homes. Until then, they are being looked after by their mother and uncle. Uncle Nikolai, or Blue as he is being named now a days, is of the calm type, and prefer to take his turn as a babysitter while the kids are relaxing.

Euphoria and Lykke Li are now 12 weeks old, while Louis is 10 weeks old. Euphoria is going to Sweden and Louis to Oslo, while Lykke Li will stay in the cattery.

*In the stories about "Aunt Brown, aunt Green and aunt Lavender" by Elsa Bescow, there is also a caracter named uncle Blue.
